EIMEAR McBRIDE trained at Drama Centre London. Her first novel, A Girl Is A Half-formed Thing, was published by Galley Beggar Press in 2013 and won a number of awards, including the Goldsmiths Prize, the Baileys Women’s Prize for Fiction, and the Desmond Elliott First Novel Award.
